Chipotle Burrito Sauce

• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 –2 teaspoons lime juice (to taste)
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/8– 1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle powder

Mix it up in blender or with hand mixer
