- Onions
- Celery
- Garlic
- Chicken Broth
- Potatoes
- carrot
- Thyme
- Poultry Seasoning
- Sage (often the dominant flavour)
- Thyme
- Marjoram
- Rosemary
- Black pepper
- Nutmeg
- salt
- pepper
- canned creamed corn
- frozen peas
- cooked chicken
- cream
- corn starch
Mise en place
- 1 cm dice potatoes
- 1 cm dice carrot
- dice onion
- Shred/dice cooked chicken
Preparation
- sweat onions and celery
- garlic
- add stock
- add potatoes and carrot
- add seasonings
- Boil then simmer for a bit
- add frozen peas
- add chicken
- combine cream and corn starch
- add cream mixture
