Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking sofa
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/4 cup milk
Preparation
- combine all dry ingredients
- Beat eggs and add milk
- Mix dry into wet mixture until texture of thick cream
- drop by Tbsp on to hot and greased griddle
- Flip when bubbles form
- Done when golden on bottom
- Serve with the things you like.
